How it works: New customers are initially set up with i.LEVEL’s software before being transferred and set up in Sage. The system is fully integrated so, for example, any customer ‘on hold’ in Sage will also be ‘on hold’ in i.LEVEL’s software.
All invoices and credit notes are transferred to Sage allowing for instant, up-to-date notifications of outstanding remittances and customer credit limits. Indeed, money owed and credit limits are always visually displayed at the time orders are placed. This provides full control over all ordering and financial processes. In the event that a retail customer does not have a specified credit limit, they are automatically placed on hold ensuring complete financial security and peace of mind.
