Christmas and New Year is a vital trading period for all our fashion brands and our tech support team will be available for much of its duration.

Our opening hours will be as follows:

  • From 18th till 22nd of December we’re open as per our usual weekly opening times (09.00 to 17.30).
  • On Mon 25th and Tues 26th Dec we’ll be closed for Xmas and Boxing Day bank holidays.
  • We then re-open again from Wed 27th till Friday 29th Dec
  • We’ll be closed again on Monday January 1st and we resume as normal on Tuesday 2nd

Looking forward to 2018

The past year has seen some significant i.LEVEL launches. This includes our new Shopify integration; an innovative customer returns section; August’s launch of our BigCommerce integration; and more recently our REST API which allows brands to pull the data they need from i.LEVEL in the format they need it.

We’re now looking forward to 2018 with great optimism. A number of developments are already in the pipeline and, with testing underway, we will be announcing a few new integrations in Q1 of 2018.

Indeed, 2018 is set to see more of the same rich vein of innovation, development and pioneering software development we have become renowned for.
