Christmas and New Year is a crucial trading period for all our fashion brands and our tech support team will be available for much of its duration.

Our opening hours will be as follows:

  • We’re closed weekends as per normal.
  • Monday Christmas Eve – we close at 12 noon.
  • Christmas Day and Boxing Day – closed.
  • 27th and 28th December – open as usual.
  • Monday New Year’s Eve – close at 12 noon.
  • New Year’s Day – closed.
  • Back to normal on Wed 2nd Jan 2019.

Looking forward to 2019

The past year has seen some significant i.LEVEL developments, upgrades and improvements. We kicked off the year with an integration with Tradebyte, the IT platform which allows independent fashion brands to sell their products across Zalando’s channels.

We also announced our new ASOS module. This makes it straightforward for fashion brands to sell to ASOS whilst also keeping rigorous oversight of stock levels, distribution and supply chain logistics, saving many hours of mundane manual work.

Indeed, integrations have been a focus throughout the past year as we empower our client fashion brands to expand their wholesale business across a wider range of sales channels. If there is one key trend we’ve seen this year it’s been wholesale, with fashion brands clamouring to harness the ecomm opportunities now available to distribute their brands across multi-platforms.

We’re now looking forward to 2019 with great optimism. A number of developments are already in the pipeline and, with testing underway, we will be announcing a new significant integration in January. Watch this space.
