A reminder to all our clients and fashion brands that i.LEVEL Support is going email-only and we are ceasing our telephone support. This will allow us to save costs and keep i.LEVEL as competitive as possible.
The restrictions in place for much of 2020 have allowed us to perfect our email Support system – all emails to Support are seen by our entire team and allocated to one member of staff. This ensures that issues and problems are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
Please note that our phones will still be in use if we find it easier to call you to solve any particular issue.

Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:30
Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:30
Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30
Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
